Random extra pitstops are taking place for no reason.

Fuel per lap is measured to one decimal point but the \"fill level\" is only in round numbers.
Id like to be able to specify fill level to a decimal point e.g. 27.5 litres.

We just completed a race and 4 of us all pitted on the last lap, which sounded a little strange at the time. After the race we checked the results. I personally had 8 litres of fuel left prior to each pitstop so couldn't understand why I pitted. 8 litres is surely enought to complete 1 lap.
