It is something worth looking into having to manage tyres, engine & braking temps over the course of the race it's all well and good having the best car, drivers and strategy but if you throw in a few high temps it will slow you down a lot lol.
obviously the developer Ricky is needing something to do, now that testing is underway that he is spending time on the forums :P

Could be drivers job but pitwall and manager should be able to enable.

Now now don't say that :(
If you turn around and say it's the drivers job to manage tyres, engines & brakes they will take away the push levels & strategy box, we will just be watching the race unfold.
All we will be doing as managers is negotiating contracts the staff we hire will do everything :D

yeah but in that case don't say that ur objective is to be realist
I'm going to share a tidbit about the new iGP you may find interesting:

In the new iGP cars don't just instantly disappear on retirement. When running out of fuel they gradually decelerate to a stop making it more realistic. If you're lucky enough to limp to the garage you can carry on!

Point I making is we already do the jobs of the employees we hire. So what wrong with us managing engine & brake temps too even though is the drivers job, we are designers, strategists & race engineers after all :)
