Can you try to bid from chrome using incognito? I’ve checked again and I can bid from your account.

Gotcha, thanks for the additional info. I’ve texted our server manager, can’t guarantee a response time since it’s weekend.

I cleared my games cache and still had no luck. I have tried on multiple platforms as well.

No worries. Btw issue still persist. Transfers bid is still greyed out.

As mentioned, cache clear might be required.




Cleared cache, same issue still occur for both this and my other account, and both iphone app and web app on laptop.

Just an update Jose. I am able to bid now using my web browser (google chrome) but still unable if im on the mobile app or the PC app. Ill try to wait a couple of days if the app issue still persists. Thanks for the assistance.

Thanks for the video. Definitely you’ve old data cached somehow. Could you try to open your phone settings, find the iGP Manager app and clear cache from there, additionally go to your main browser and clear cache and data also.



Done it as well. Cache from the IGP app via phone settings has been removed. Ive also removed cache from Google Chrome via settings and deleted browsing history. Still cant bid on the transfers tab.

Yes I did. Just bought a Doctor via PC web browser. Apps still dont work. I really cant explain on what happened but I cleared cache and reinstalled the apps for both PC and mobile.
