For some reason the settings aren’t saving for the race since it is apparently “past the deadline,” even though the next race is literally tomorrow.

If it may help, the race that was supposed to run at 6pm GMT today is still "Live" on the league page, while the same circuit is scheduled for tomorrow.

Same for me. No SAVE options, no tyre wear, all laps are 0:00.
And my league race starts in 50mins.

Still the same after clearing cache on Chrome/Firefox/Edge.
There is no SAVE button at all.

If you use the browser extension in Chrome, Firefox or Edge, you should deactivate it.

The save button will then be visible again and you can save everything as normal
