I don’t know what to say 😅
Are you using a password manager?

I get the error like every 5 logins. Just log out, insert credentials via password manager, click login and as soon as you see the menu bar click on “Home” and the scroll. This is how I can reproduce it each time after a few tries.

Can I somehow get the logs of my copy of the game and send it to you?

For me, this issue made it worse. It still persists and now it shows up in different areas it didn’t before. It’s a weird one, but I’m sure it can be played around and us users can cope with it for now until the next update.

I reverted this change last night.

thx for the video. I found that it happens a lot when switching accounts.

Try this:

- Log into account 1.
- Log out.
- put in credentials for account 2 using the password manager.
- Click “Home” the menu bar.
- Scroll up.

Could you try clearing cache and try again? I've just applied another series of changes. After reviewing your video again I concluded it was something other than what I had initially thought.

It’s okay Jose, we can manage, it’s no problem. To replicate it you may need more than one passwords saved on an Apple password manager. Log out and then log back in using one of the passwords saved. Let me know if this works, if not then we can live with it, don’t worry!

Unfortunately jack, it still persists but I can see that you are trying, the menu moving is sticking to the bottom for 2 seconds the sort of popping out of place. This is so weird.

The main problem is that we can only fix what we can replicate in our devices. Otherwise is totally impossible.

As you can see on my video I’ve plenty of accounts saved, I’ve tried with every account I’ve. I’ve tried to create a new account, I’ve tried with your accounts too. No luck replicating the issue.

We’ve asked our friends and relatives to try on their iPhones and it’s ok for them too. The situation is a bit frustrating at our end because we would love to fix this issue.

Thanks Daniel, can you try again? I noticed one thing I missed on the last edit. We need to fix this, so I'll keep trying.

I believe it’s a ios26 thing. Aldo claimed it was after he updated and I can confirm this was the same for me. Is it possible that it is not a fault on your end and instead a fault of Apple games? Apologies if that’s a stupid question. Anyway, yes I will try now and I will edit if it is fixed.

Hello, I have just spent the past 5 minutes trying everything that usually brings the menu bar up in the middle of the screen and it has not happened since. I think the most recent cache clear has fixed it for me.

Ensure you have cache cleared on ALL accounts on your password manager. If you have multiple accounts that is.
