FYI your experiences are largely the opposite of mine in the races we've run. 😂
I have even been wondering if there's a discrepancy across teams in how tyres are behaving. I seriously doubt it, but it would be good to get some data on that. Unfortunately, tyre temperatures aren't logged outside of the race, so I can't verify it.

Apparently, there really is a difference in temperature.
I drove two 50% distance league races: Italy and Britain. The weather was the same – 5 degrees. In Italy, I drove a 100% driver, and the tires behaved the same as in Singapore at 25 degrees.
But in Britain, when a 0-5% driver was driving, I couldn't warm up a single set of tires, and even the supersofts froze after 60% wear. It was reminiscent of the state of play in previous weeks. Another manager with a decent driver regularly uses harder tire compounds there and says his warm-up is much better.
Either it's the track itself, which is illogical, as the heat at Monza shouldn't be the same as in Singapore, and Silverstone has more corners, including high-speed ones, so the heat should be better than in Italy. Or it's the driving speed, which is even stranger
