What a coincidence then that my other account and other people who had trained their engineers to 20 on the old game NEVER get pit fuck ups. It must just be my fault then.

It isn't staff star rating for sure and lest the one of the TD. Mine of the last 4 races is 5 star, replaced a 4.5 one, and still this seasons average stop time of my better driver (Jorgensen, 5,54s) is 1.1 seconds slower than the lowest average of the 12 drivers from the teams above (Vandervell Products, F. Huber, 4.44s).

The most likely reason I can think of after doing some comparing is the hardest to check out in being one of the buildings in HQ. The one I know I'm behind would be Technology, but that doesn't fits in with Tursulas pit times because I don't think he is far below max level there. Remains Offices, Youth Academy and maybe Simulator.

What I didn't knew is that amount of refueling has about no effect on times whatsoever.
For statistics, in the pit stop times only 3 on 3 different teams, the 3 with the slower average pit stop times, where noticeably, aka by more than a second, slower than usual.

Just noticed something interesting, the pit times actually do somewhat correlate to the joining date (entering first league shown in history):

Just Alphabra isn't fitting in nicely there. I don't know if there was any time left to do some pit crew training before new iGP launched, though.

I have changed the TD God knows how many times in the old system and never once done TD training after it was got up to 20, I have changed the TD here in this new system 3 or 4 times, I have only ever had 3 errors in a pit stop & ironically the errors where with the TD carried over from the old system

OK, so you are still a little bit faster than our best team. That's a good thing since it might indicate that it's a building or game thing since you're lvl 20 and Vandervell is 12 and it might be not a bug of remaining old stats. So buildings first. Your stops are not that much faster than the level difference and the difference between Vandervell and the slowest teams suggest, do you have a building that isn't fully upgraded yet?

@Jason: Is there a building where your main team is far ahead of your pit problems troubled team?

I still have the Sim, YDA and Tech centers to get to level 20

That might rule out offices then but I do somewhat tend a little bit more towards Sim anyway.

So what are we saying the pit crews morale is low?
The tools in garage are still level 8 (offices and hospitality) that's 3 star equipment (half the managers level)
And a 4 star bossy boots in a short skirt, who thinks she better than 4 stars as she is 4.5

What im wondering is if this is still in the game despite not being able to train them anymore? And is their a facility to boost to stop this from happening?

I believe it is still influencing pit stops, based on what you say. So until there is a way to develop it, I will set everyone to have the same level staff behind the scenes.

Even with a comment from the high command, you get the answer you been looking for. But it remains the same, the only way to fix it in the mean time, would be to take on a new TD. 5 Star you need to get the most out of the game.
