What happened with my pilot?

From looking at the data, I see there is a conflict somewhere.

In your drivers and staff page Jamie Thompson and Michael Smith are the active drivers. However, in the data for the race I can see Robert Wilson and not Michael Smiith is set as the active driver

I need to ask more about your activities around the time the race began. Were you changing drivers just before the race started, for example?

Yeah, well... we're actually being flooded with fake 1-star reviews since Friday. Google are removing most of them automatically, proving they are fake, but enough are bypassing their filters to damage the overall rating. It has been reported though and they will all be removed soon. But that's what I call real "bad ethics", whoever is conducting that campaign.

I updated my post above, I see there is a problem. Somehow your drivers became in conflict, and it is listing two different drivers as active from the stuff you see to the stuff you don't in the deep code.

I think I know how it can be fixed but I want to understand how it happened in the first place. If I can prevent it then it won't happen to anyone else.

"Wrestler", I think this will be fine for the next race. I will need to do a longer private investigation into the cause and I will patch it.


I know his conduct and language has been very poor to put it mildly, but he has highlighted a real bug. I'm just fixing that. Although I may seem to be trying to correct him directly, it's as much for anyone else reading the thread.

Actually, that was much quicker than expected. The display bug at least is fixed.

You should see the correct drivers now listed on the drivers and staff page. Robert Wilson should have been listed as the second driver all along.

Use the "Change driver" button to select whichever two drivers you want to use and they will become the active pilots. As I said, Robert should have been the active pilot. It was wrongly showing Michael. Now that it is fixed you may select the pilots you want to use.
