Can`t buy anyting via transfers

ii am still having this problem with wii-fi with my mobile and wiith my pc

Is it possible for you to run the connection through a VPN, for example the built in of Opera? Can you spectate or live manage races? A common cause for this problem is a firewall blocking ports.

Christos, there's a bit from your post I felt wasn't clear enough. Did you try using your mobile data connection (disconnecting your phone from wi-fi and using mobile signal instead)? Can you try using a different wi-fi connection that is not from amongst your commonly used connections?

This happens to me also on my mobile device however when I turned my WiFi off and used my mobile data it worked

This suggests that in your case the issues is the your ISP or Wi-Fi setup. Specific ports need to be accessible to be able to use the transfer system. I have the same issue here in work as my work proxy blocks those ports. When your on mobile data you are accessing via a different provider who is not blocking these ports.
