Application Facebook Problem

I am still experiencing this problem. My account was linked to my facebook so each time I try to sign in with facebook it just logs me in to my other new igp account. I'm the league host of Formula F1 Asia so I'd like to get back in to my account asap.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still no good. I tried it in the laptop and again it does the same thing, logs me into my new account in a new league rather than my original account which is linked to my facebook.

This account that I am posting from is the account I am locked out of.

If I click the link on my name it automatically signs me in and I can play but this is on the browser. It still does not allow me to play via the app or laptop when trying to log in using the facebook option.

Do you mean the browser in your phone?

Yes it will only work via the browser on my phone when I click my name on the forum. Samsung S7 Android 7.0

It will not work via the app or via the laptop.

Logging in with facebook works fine. But there is one little snag. It logs you into the account that has the same email address as facebook.

Not for me it doesn't. If logs me in to my 2nd account which is a totally different email to what my 1st account which is linked to my facebook is, hence why Incannot log in to it via the app and laptop and why I am posting this for a resolution.

I have tried to request a password using the email address that my facebook is linked to but it tells me there is no email address registered.

Please can a moderator hlep me to recover this account because all I can do is lognin via the browser on a mobile phone and cannot play thr game live or access the app to receive parts etc.

I fixed the problem by unlinking my account to facebook. So no more advertising of the game from me on facebook as no longer linked. Shame help wasn't offered to fix this problem.

What happens if you try to link it again to the account it is supposed to link to?

If it links right back to the second account, then go into that account and unlink it, sign in to your first account without using Facebook, unlink it again, then sign back out and log in via Facebook.

So whichever step leads you to where it does, let me know.
