Not getting parts for watching videos

Is the same as was before, blue button is unresponsive. Rarely can watch video but igp can't validate request for some reason


The next time you are able to watch a video an encounter an error, can you take a screenshot and upload it to an image hosting website and share a direct link to the image here?

This seems to have started yesterday around a specific time, I am looking in to it now.


Unfortunately I am still having issues with it Jack using Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 7.0. With my brand new account it gave me 2 parts and then would not give me any more, even though the blue bar is highlighted, I click it and nothing happens. I logged in with my original account and the blue bar was not highlighted so I rebooted my phone and then the blue bar is now highlighted, however it does absolutely nothing when I click the blue bar.

On a friends account using Samsung J7, it gave 3 parts and then even though the blue bar is highlighted, it no longer gives any more parts. Again, the blue bar is unresponsive.


When was the first time you began having the problem? Or has it been a problem ever since you began using the app on your phone?

I have been using the app for over 3 months now and never had a problem until 3 days ago. I kept closing and re-opening the app yesterday evening (Samsung S7 Android 7.0)and it would spordically work. In total it gave me 3 parts on my main account, 3 parts on my 2nd account (Blue bar is available but un-responsive no matter how many times I reboot my phone or close-open the app) and on my friends account using the Samsung J7 it gave 3 parts and then the blue bar would be available but un-responsive.

I have just tried again. It gave me 3 parts and even though the blue bar is active, it is un-responsive. Please can someone look in to this..

Hi. I was the original poster on this thread. The problem got fixed (great and thanks) but it's back starting today. This is different to the unresponsive blue bar bug. Page one of this thread has all the details.
