Yes, properly done tyre pressure could be really great and even if it doesn't work out that well ingame it would at least add another option to the setup, which already would be an improvement.

I agree with that. As long as they are options, this is cool.
And I do prefer the No Refuelling option. There will be a real management of fuel during the race, with managers playing the minimal charge of fuel and others adding some liters (kilos, ok, ok.) to go agressive. And other stuffs...
Fully agree, anything optional enriches the game. While I think having the tyre rule active would cut away from available strategy choices others feel different or weight other reasons, like realism towards the current F1, higher and thus having it as an option for leagues the game would cater for both sides and there's nothing wrong with that.
With refueling I don't prefer none, both have their points. With refueling it puts more weight to developing the strategy prior to the race, especially the first stint. More fuel but risking loosing too much time due to weight and worn tyres toward the end of the stint or less fuel but risk other teams gain an advantage overcutting me and having to either run a longer middle stint or a wear disadvantage in the races final lap(s).
Without refueling it puts the weight in live managing since it's more the short term decision when to pit for new tyres that matters, balancing later stint length vs the risk of being undercut by other teams. Overall being able to react depending how the race develops, plus the tension ot the always present risk of running out of fuel and/or the slow realization you put too much weight into your cars. I like both ways equally but having both to choose from would allow for a change from time to time, something I'd really welcome.
