The host has been inactive for only 12 days, but he left the league and didnt log in again

The current moderator (Rik Sinnige) no longer wants the role. I am willing to take it on. 
I've never seen him post or be active durig races.
Many requests by members have gone unheaded, and the three tiers are unbalanced for numbers.
