I have one of my drivers that didn't race yesterday night.

It has to be a general bug affecting everything because him is at 25% health since I trained about at 3 pm and I can "train" him, reach 100%, get one point but nothing changes and repeat the process again as much times I want.

I've got the same too. Got a race tonight so I'm slightly worried. If I use my tokens to get them up to full health can I get a reimbursement on them?
