I'm sorry but you are wrong this time Nico. I tried this again myself yesterday to see if it still works, and voila, it still works. Within 2 hours I was able to train my drivers twice. If the dev's need a proper description on the problem I'm happy to give them one, but I won't put the problem up here in this thread as it will just help exploit the issues.

I agree, but at least it would be a uniform and fair penalty for everyone.

To me, the appeal of a second team would be more of setting up a "junior team" where you could find and develop prospect drivers. But it would only be really fun (for me anyway) if the driver progression/personality model became a LOT more realistic. I have been tempted occasionally to start a second team just because I like building the team from the ground up, but since I'd have to pay again for the ability to watch races in 2D it's not worth it for me.

1st team has been in 3 leagues and my 2nd team was made a month later...

As you can see. I don't league hope and my 2nd team only joined the Elites 2 seasons ago and I asked the league members if it was ok for me to carry on with them or not.

They all said yes.. So your point is?

I'll upload a screen shot of both development pages if you want, they both say the same thing in developement with copying cars...

and the moment, I found out that 1 team was on 100% for the season. I told everyone who I copied and was 100% open and honest about it.

Go and ask anyone in my league what kind of manager I am.. I have helped out 6 managers with a list of tips and tricks on how to build your team, search and how to train your drivers.....

I went and asked a few people what kind of manager you are.

No. I hate exploiters.... I don't run 2 teams that 1 is at 100% for one season and the other is 100% for the season after and copy each other, nor to I league hop to gain advantages....

2 accounts is not an issue and if you read the forums, you would of seen that for my own preference for the updates, I was one of the 1st to say about having an official 2nd team..

I have not and do not have issues with 2 teams, I have issues about how people are using them to exploit floors in this game!!!

and tbh.. I'm going to stop posting in these forums as it's obvious that these forums are full of kids and childish people who like to give games like these a bad rep..

Rob this isn't the first time you've just gone nuts on the forum and taken anyone's opinion that is different to yours as slanderous and insulting. In fact you more than jump to the chance to GO OFF AND WRITE IN CAPS whenever you think the game is shit, or the players are shit, or the community is shit, or the game is ''being built wrong''.

I wouldn't throw the term ''kids'' around so loosely either. There was a time when people could debate their opinions and it have some benefit or meaning, but instead you seem to pull facts out of the air, make up your own rules on how you think the game should be and then slate others who ''cheat'' without exponential proof.

I know of these exploits, but honestly....what is really to gain? Are all the ''exploiters'' winning by a country mile and populate the top 20 or even 40 rank? No.

I get that, but tbh it's kind of pointless. Even building a young low level driver up will be useless later on in his careerbecause those drivers are generally awful and will never be the best, no matter how much you train them. I get the point about liking to start from scratch though, the challenge can be fun. But you know you can reset your team? It would be nice if you could have two teams under one account and just have a bar on them being in the same league. That's the best way around it that i see.

As far as the relevance of your teams being in the same league, one team will take points off of other teams, therefore helping your original team in the standing far more than if there was another stand alone team in it's place. That could be viewed as an exploit too, just a more subtle one. What's stopping you from moving one of them to another league? I also like your tactic of having people point holes in your arguments then quitting the forums because you'd rather convince yourself everyone is a child and not actually right in what they're saying.

I have often thought of this too Jaxon, always possibly a way to gain Reputation XP, but any secondary team will just consistantly lose XP surely, if they are not 2D and being controlled, they will surely fall to the active players who are racing using 2D. So it's a so-so argument I reckon. Also, everyone else without a second team is also gaining XP for doing well, in the same race I might add, so even if used the primary owner will not be the only benefittor.

Well, like I said, the driver system needs a SERIOUS revamp before the whole "driver development" idea will work. It's one of my favorite features of games like OOTP and the like, but iGP's system is too predictable and simplistic at the current moment for it to matter.

As for resetting my team, I've already done that once! :) Can't do it right now because I've got my eye on the Elite tier and beating up on some of the iRacing guys. But maybe someday I'll decide I want to be Chip Ganassi and start a second team in the Rookie tier and see how far I can go with it.

My worry would be that alot of people who play alot of games these days have two screens. Personally i have my main PC for games and a side/old one for maps/chat on the side. So i could log in to two different accounts at the same time if i had them. I could also get 2d on both or at least use the free controls on the second one. But yeah i don't blame people for having two teams, if i could i'd start a new team with 2 drivers to experience some of those leagues, it's just them being in the same league that i have an issue with.
