Prawnstouche Racing
After many meeting of the board at Prawnstouche, they have finally decided on A new livery and it will be on display for the public from today. The board members are hoping it will be received well by its fans.
Mark Nguyen was seen leaving the teams Brisbane HQ and was asked a few questions by our reporters,
"Mark, Mark great to see you back in australia before the final race of the year and indeed in the Rookie teir how is the team going?"
"Well its been a tough year being stuck in the middle of the pack with Telos IV streaking away up the front, TIRE always being there with them and Black Dog Racing ofcourse being up there as well Early in the season we had some great scrapping fights with Neweerc Racing which was a lot of fun, However as the season wore on Brenden (prawnstouche team principle) made some great development decisions and got the car feeling really great and gave a lot of confidence."
"On your team principle, what are your thoughts on his mid season desicion to drop your former team mate Tyler White?"
"It was obviously a tough desicion for Brenden Tyler had been with the team since its inception and he was a valuble part of the team. But in this modern world of motorsport often desicions like this can be brought on by pressure from the sponsors and I feel with how I was developing throughout the season and starting to get some good results the sponsors were asking for new blood. Which is definately what we got with Marek (Juranowski) who kicked my arse in his first race which was a great result for the team but I got one back on him last week in Brazil everything just felt great with the car!"
"I see your wearing the next seasons team colours to go with the new livery we have all seen here this morning your looking great in them!"
"Thanks it feels good to be in some new colours the old colours were starting to feel a bit out of date the new colours while simple just seem to make the car look like its going fast when its still!"
"And how do you feel about making the step up into the next teir for next season?"
"Well I think there are going to be a few challengers that maybe unforeseen but the developments for next seasons car are going great it feels like there is an email from Jordan (Kelly) (Prawnstouche Racing Chief Desinger) everyday about a new improvment here a tweak there, you can tell the entire team is excited and wants a really great result for next season particularly at our home race in Melbourne"
"Thank you for your time Mark"
"Not a problem its great being back in Brisbane have a good day mate"
Mark is then seen getting into a team sponsored MURK Speeding off

Comments from Arrows Team manager and driverBrett Wilson Team manager
"We are going into this season being optimistic we have learnt our mistakes over the past 2 season and i believe if it wasnt for our legen... Wait for it ... dary Cheif designer Oliver williams we would be in a worst positon, In saying that the car design for this year remember we were compramised lsat year so we spent way more time on the older model then the current Aw0rr3 sowe could be somewhat competitive." [/i]
Auto sport Journalist - Do you feel that this has compramised season 3 performce should we expect you to be at the back of the pack like the start of Season 2?
BW - "Do we feel we are behind our competitors? Yes I feel we are some even by a mile, But begin of season 2 was a big learn curve for us and we had alot of staffing issues and also the Embezzle Gate issue. But we have 2 fantastic dirvers that joined us in the last 5 races and showed us what the car could truly do scoring points in just about every race they took part in even scoring more pts for he whole season then there predicessors Which was a fantastic results ! for Team Arrows. With that said the new Aw0rr3 looks great in its new livery and might not be the fastest car out of the gate at first but im sure the drivers will provid us with all the nessary feedback to get us where we want to go."
F1 magazine Australia - What goals come to mind for Season 3 ?
BW - " Winning and winning alot *Crowd laughs*, Well taking things into account Id really like to see us on the podium this Season and if we could improve on Overall 5th place we took last season id be delighted."[/b]
F1 Magazine - Very humble approach Brett Thanks for your time and Good luck this season.
Comments from C Quinn
"Yes testing today was alot of fun we covered alot of KMs and where mainly focused on aero and setup work today the car definatley has more downforce in the corners which should help us on certian tracks, I jsut cant wait to get back in the car and start racing someone get me a wheel please !!!."
Autosport - C Quinn how do you practise in your free time given limited amount of testing
CQ - "everywhere i go i Bring my Iracing simrig with me, Its an online simulaton game which enables me to stay sharp and learn new tracks and different lines without me needing to hop in the car."
F1 Magazine - Seeing as you finished 10th in the drievrs standing after 5 -6 races where do you see yoursewlf this season.
CQ - "Honestly I want top 5, If i putt in even more effort than last season that it where id honestly expect to see myself but there are a few other variables in the mix so if i stay healthy, and we keep introducing car updates and can be rather competive then thats where i will be Thank you all for your time and look forward to seeing you all in Australia."
