Datacentre outage

That one is now also running. Wow! What a crazy day.

This should now be the issue resolved. There is nothing flagging up as not running anymore. Our temporary backup / emergency setup should keep iGP going until tomorrow (at which point the datacentre will have restored our other servers - they have been very slow with that and very disappointing, leaving us in this position).

Any races that had nobody waiting for them or which were way overdue have been postponed, all others have been resumed.

For your information:
We are currently running on half of our normal capacity and advise that this may create more lag than usual in some cases. We apologise for this in advance if anyone experiences any lag. It is the best we can do in the circumstances.

If both races are finished I can't do anything about that, unfortunately. We can reset the race though, if the league host requests it, and have it run again in the next slot.

In the meantime, we're going to see if there is any way we can avoid situations like this in future. It's obviously hard to plan for an outright hardware failure across multiple harddrives, but it has been a wakeup call that literally anything can happen. We'll be engineering with that in mind going ahead as we continue the revisions to the service.
