 OK I think these are enough

1. Whenever you go from one league to another, you lose all drivers and staff, money and tokens go back to 0, all headquarter buildings are set to level 1, your reputation goes back to 5000, and your manager level goes back to level 1. You can avoid this by paying a 100 dollar fine, and you can change leagues with no consequences. But otherwise, it's a full reset for you.

2. To sell a driver, you don't gain any money and instead, you pay money. You have to pay 1 million dollars for each race still on their contract. So if you sell a driver while they have 35 races left, then you lose 35 million dollars. Yikes.

3. The best sponsors only give you 1 token per race, instead of 3.

Every time you level up, you have to pay 1 dollar for each level you are. To level up to L16, you pay 16 dollars. Next time, you pay another 17 dollars. So, if you want to make it all the way to L20, you'd end up paying $210.

Instead of you choosing, every race your component that you research is randomly selected.

Leagues have to pay for “extras”.
There should be a default 100% length, 1x speed with no special rules and 6 or so tracks for free.
