Account demoted to pro

My account was downgraded again to pro why?

Could you promote this account please. Thank you

I had the same issue, the mods kindly reinstated me to elite tier so I left the league as I'm not currently able to race and the following day my account finds itself back as a pro tier. Someone else I know also had this problem, hopefully it is able to be fixed soon.

What did you try to do?
After update lvl 30 account was demoted to Pro. I got manually promoted and when logging on today saw that the account is back to being Pro. Please can you promote it again please?

Hello! In my league there were 31 rookie players, and this account managed the league from Pro. Now the 31 went up to Pro, and this account remained as car 32, getting in the way. Can you upgrade me to elite?

I wasn't very quick to order both things at the same time, but same problem with this account
