Azerbaijan: before practice lap dry 15ºC, after practice lap and race dry 22ºC.

Jack, I’m so sorry to tell you that the problem comeback 🙄

With my another account, China: before practice lap dry 16ºC, after practice lap and race dry 19ºC.

REPORTING circuits where the weather is off (I will update race by race):

1: Netherlands, although dry until the end of free practice, the track then continues to have "17°C with 3.6mm of rain," which stops in the last 10-15 laps.

2: Australia, dry 21° until the end of free practice, then dry 16°C in the race...

3: Canada, dry 21° until the end of free practice, then dry 14°C in the race...

4: Turchia, wet 20° until the end of free practice, then dry 25°C in the race...

Updates will follow.

At this point, I'm tempted to rewrite the weather system and how the sims get weather. It is a legacy system that relies quite heavily on a cache so that it's more scalable, and the cache system keeps serving stale data. I've debugged endlessly why this started happening a few weeks ago on certain servers, and keep forcefully resetting the cache and coming up with ways to renew it, and it's running fine... then I leave and come back hours later and it's stale again. The part that's bizarre is it'll literally run fine for a few hours each time, then start misbehaving.

It's definitely time to rethink it as this is getting silly. Thanks for keeping me informed and for your patience, guys. This is testing mine and yours.

Don't mention it... I've only noted down 4 of my cases... but there are definitely more and in other circuits... maybe a good overhaul of the weather system can solve the problem.. 👍

I have confirmed the cache is still updating correctly today, after yesterday's updates. That points to something else, not sure yet what the culprit is.

I'm going to deploy an update to the simulators today that will allow me to extract weather insights and more data.
