Just a question bud. Do you sell these drivers, or just let people to loan them? I have a 17 years old ( 18 talent ) driver, but my championship is so tight so i can not use him because lack of xp. I wanna give him out to loan but i dont know how to do that. Can you help me out bud? Im interesting how you do this loan thingy
Mr. Yod@ James is not leaving to out per say. He is seeling them and what he said earlier is by the time they get all trained up by the people who pick them up there salaries may get to expensive and cannot afford to keep them that he ends up picking them back up and buying them. At least that is the way I took his comment.
But it would be really cool if you could have multiple teams in different tiers in the same league so you could promote within your own team or loan out a driver to another team for X amount of races.
Shortlist the driver. Get a new driver and release the old one or put them up for auction. If you want to rehire the old driver again at a later date you can do so via shortlist. You can chop and change drivers as you please. but the wages increase massively.
My opinion is these young guns I thrown out there will get used and used. Once the team that took them on comes across a 20 talent driver from their own academy they will drop the driver they got from me and hire their own in-house driver as he will have smaller wages. This is allowing me look through the shortlist and take the driver back if I want and it is saving me a lot of training. All be it with wages of 1.3M

I really wish you could buy people ahead of time so when the time came and you leveled up you would already have your driver. Oh well. I am waiting for the James Greer talent pool to drop some other people in the market for me to hopefully pick up. I really could use another ace in the hole driver.

Nope not a coach, I tried to give away tokens to help iGP earn money. But hardly anyone was interested in winning tokens, lets face it they are easy got in the game. So thought ok, they not want token maybe people would go for 20 talent drivers. Seems to be working lol
