After last race I've lost 5 reputation points, even if I won the first 2 places of the race with my drivers. Is it because the administrator of the league kicked out the inactive players before that? Thank you for your answer in advance!

From the help page in-game under section 3.2 about Reputation:

"For example, let's say a top manager from the Hall of Fame whose reputation is 9000 goes and starts racing with total newcomer managers with 5000 reputation. It's so uncompetitive that simply participating in such an environment can be damaging to a reputation. So, a highly ranked manager could lose reputation even for victories there."

When I entered in this League, there were plenty of managers, but it seems like they were inactive since then. What do you suggest me to do? Should I quit this League now and search for another one or should I wait until I finish this season? It just seems not fair for me to lose reputation points by being active everyday... I think that maybe something can be done to change this in the future. The administrator of the League should kick out inactive players at the end of a season, not in the middle of it. Maybe this way someone like me, who play this game (a really nice game, by the way) everyday, wouldn't be affected anymore.

I recommend finding a new league. The auto-kick will help active, existing leagues become more active and rid the game of inactive leagues.

The auto-kick is an always on feature. The league host of your current league is inactive, so there's no kicking happening. This is one reason why the auto-kick feature was added.

I didn't say it's not a good thing, but it should be done at the end of the season.

I've entered in this League, because the time of the races is suitable for me. After applying the filters in League section, it should be great to find more than 6 leagues available; maybe this feature can be improved in the future.

If you're earning zero reputation, this is usually because the managers you are competing against have far too low of a reputation compared to yours. The other reason is you are not racing with enough managers who have a reputation high enough to match yours.
