Problem!
In the last update I was credited with an additional staff member (which cost me more than 300k in the last race). I also can not see the timing and the tires of my race of years past by "circuit data" to prepare tomorrow's race
Can you solve the problem and return the additional staff's 300k?

There were some issues with creating leagues yesterday, perhaps it didn't work. This was along with the issues reported in another thread with creating accounts. They were random/intermittent issues but have been fixed now.

The easiest way to get them to join is to open the link on the browser version of the game and copy it and send it to them.

28 minutes to load into a 45 minute race makes the whole thing a waste of time im afraid. Its all the time, not just a one off, no point racing at all until its sorted

Well I am going to say that across all my teams and any races I have tried to access, on both mobile and PC, I have seen a massive improvement!

Glad to hear it Jamie, as we would expect. All the data we have been collecting clearly shows that the situation is improving.

I notice you are in Australia, is that correct? that could definitely be a factor in terms of downloading and latency, but that is an extraordinarily long time. Obviously, it should never take that long. Please answer the following questions:

1) What device and OS are you using?
2) What type of internet connection are you using? Mobile data, WiFi etc.
3) What typical download speeds do you get with the connection you are using?
4) If you're not using the mobile or tablet app, could you try it? I think it will basically solve your problem by avoiding the need to download the race viewer

P.S. You must have the patience of a saint. Thanks for writing to us rather than all the other things you could have done!

2) What type of internet connection are you using? Mobile data, WiFi etc. = ADSL2 with Telstra here in Australia
3) What typical download speeds do you get with the connection you are using? = speedtest at 12.63 Mbps
4) If you're not using the mobile or tablet app, could you try it? I think it will basically solve your problem by avoiding the need to download the race viewer = My son broke my tablet two weeks ago and havent had the need to replace it, i might try my phone

If you Enable WebGL Draft Extensions in the browser settings it will speed up the downloading of the race viewer.

Hi Jack,

In the last race I had some trouble with the boost.
Let me be clear, when I pushed the 'boost' button the charge bar passed from 40 to 20% in a second, or less, and when I push again the bar arrived at 0% in, again, 1 second.

Do you know what is happen?

If you have any queries please post them here.

We will be conducting major hardware upgrades across the service at the time specified in the title. This week we have been researching the slowdowns in the service at peak hours and fully understand the areas for improvement now. This was not clear to us a week ago, as some aspects of it were more obscure, which is why it took a little time to collect data before we could fully understand the root causes.

Races from this period will be postponed to the next calendar slot to open a maintenance window and managers in affected leagues will be given a few Tokens.

Work also continues on the new feature updates, which are being prepared to launch soon. Not this week, but very soon. :)
