It is now possible to reset and postpone races.  If you have good reason for this to happen (e.g. in situations as Ashley just described) please have your league host send me a PM and I will do this for you.  Thanks for your help.

We make time to play this game and mid-race it's spolied by a server issue. The race seemingly continued and we couldn't re-join the game.

Why do we have to go out of way to ask for it to be reset? Surely you should make the decision to find all the games affected during that period and simply reset them so they run as the next race in the schedule.

It wasn't our fault the game fell over and we're the ones who lose out?

I think its done this way to ensure the race host doesnt ask for a reset based on a bad race for his/her team. I understand being careful but it still sucks for this to happen 2 days in a row

Protocol determines that the league host be the one to decide how to proceed. No-one is apportioning blame. Andrew is working through the issues as quickly as he can.

well, third in a row, that's enough by me.

Better luck with your project.

Yeah I am upset with all this as well.  Thursday's I usually work a long shift, and have to do my setups in the morning.  But I had some contracts expiring after my league race yesterday, and made deals with new staff so I could accept them through my inbox when I got home.  Then I had to work later than expected, and went on here with my phone, saw that the race didn't happen, and had to not accept the new contracts, thus hindering my relationships with them.  Luckily I had 1 person on my shortlist who was at 7/10 relationship, which went down to just 5/10...and would like to know if it is possible to change it back, which sounds fair.  Just can't believe this happened at the worst possible moment of a system crash, or whatever it was.

I believe I have found the cause of the instability. It was due to a part of the system that should have been keeping a cache of the start conditions for races. That was disabled recently as we mistakenly concluded it was no longer necessary. It has now been reactivated.

I will be paying close attention to the system one hour from now: which is the time races were breaking previous days. If there is any disruption this time, please give it some time and I should be able to restore races quickly.
