Have any artistic talent? Well here is a chance to put it to use and potentially score 1000 reward points! Not only that but you get to see your artwork used in iGP Manager!
Download the template for our car model and come up with your own masterpiece. We will select the top 5 schemes and turn them into liveries for iGP Manager. The scheme your fellow managers vote to be the best wins the creator 1000 reward points! The remaining 4 artist win 500 reward points as well.
Here are the rules.
You will need Photoshop to open the files, or you can use a program called gimp if you don't have Photoshop, which is a free, open source program that supports PSD files: http://www.gimp.org/
You can use up to three colors in your livery in addition to white and black. The three coloured areas will be editable in the livery builder as the primary, secondary and tertiary colours. Any white or black areas will not be editable in the livery builder (they will always stay black or white).
You should export the image as a JPEG and email it to steve@igpmanager.com.
All submissions need to be received by March 1st. At this point it will take us a week or so to pick the five we like best and turn them into actual liveries that can be used in iGP Manager.
You can download the template at the following link:

May the best artist win!
Any update on the results? If not, when can we expect them?
You sure you are trying to work on the correct layers Nathan? You can only edit layers in the Livery group (and i suggest making new layers in there aswell). Worked perfectly fine for me.
PS doesn't allow you to edit the image.
you can download a GiMP version here, http://www.drakentijd.com/igp/iGP_LiveryKit_GiMP.xcf
I just put all the layers into a GiMP file, and locked the one's you shouldn't edit. I would actually suggest using new duplicate layer for your colouring attempts. I locked the other layers, and added a lock to the Livery transparency so you don't go out of the borders.
Yes needs a GIMP version, specially that you have used that above for painting on
I want to do this, but I'm awful at paint ;]
That would explain it then. Perhaps a GiMP layered version could be made?
in GIMP it only has 1 layer. not multiple like Star said
@Star Racing - it has layers for me, and they are all seperated in to groups also.
the .psd file has no layers. is this the same for others?
should be separate body, fins etc etc
