iGP Games would like to welcome Andrew Hurn to the team as Service Manager.
Andrew joins us with a wealth of expertise & a proven track record in Service Management over the last 25 years. He has worked with organisations such as: British Airways, Kingfisher, Sema, Siemens, Thales Group, DEFRA & The Ministry of Defence.
You will have come across Andrew as his former pseudonym Edwin Smith, moderating on the forum & assisting with the helpdesk. But we all felt that in taking this position that he should be using his real name.
We look forward to Andrew bringing his expertise to manage the interface between the users & the management & development team.
Please join with us in making him feel welcome.
- Jack Basford, Managing Director of iGP Games
Good God! Is that Andrew standing beside that IBM system 360 computer with tape drives? He must be older than dirt. Oh wait, I'm that old.
Congrats on the promotion, Andrew - and thank you for performing what is probably the most thankless job of all!
What?? Edwin isn't Edwin??
Congrats Andrew! :)
I could smell this move yesterday, congrats Andrew. Great to have an even more "boots on the ground" representation!
Congrats on your new position Andrew.
Thank you Jack. May I say how delighted I am to accept this role & how much I am looking forward to working with you all.
welcome!
