If you have any problems loading a live race, this guide should help.
First, make sure you have the very latest version of your browser before starting, as they are always improving support of WebGL, a technology which is still evolving and growing with the web.
Mobile Phones & Tablets
The race viewer is not expected to run in mobile browsers, even though the management pages should work perfectly. If you are trying to run a race viewer via a phone or tablet browser, we recommend waiting for the app release in March 2017. There will be a native race viewer in the apps which will run on most devices. Currently, the browser-based WebGL race viewer has a GUI which is not even designed for mobile phones, and even though the latest phones can run it, support will be patchy at best. In short, please use a computer or laptop to see the live races for now. Until the app is released, please do not expect a live race to run in a phone/tablet browser. Also, do not expect support if you can't get a live race to run in a phone/tablet browser. The browser game is designed for desktop computers.
Desktop Computers & Laptops
This will resolve most issues if the viewer cannot load:
1) Go to your Settings page: https://igpmanager.com/app/p=settings.
2) Adjust your 'Race Graphics Quality' setting to 'Very Low'
3) Press 'Save'
4) Try loading a new race viewer
5) If it still doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache and loading it again to be sure the settings are applied
Once you have a race viewer loading you can try increasing the setting if you want better visuals. If you are still having trouble, then there are some additional tips and more advanced settings you can try in the browser. See James Greer's WebGL thread for more information.
