If you have any problems loading a live race, this guide should help.

First, make sure you have the very latest version of your browser before starting, as they are always improving support of WebGL, a technology which is still evolving and growing with the web.

Mobile Phones & Tablets
The race viewer is not expected to run in mobile browsers, even though the management pages should work perfectly. If you are trying to run a race viewer via a phone or tablet browser, we recommend waiting for the app release in March 2017. There will be a native race viewer in the apps which will run on most devices. Currently, the browser-based WebGL race viewer has a GUI which is not even designed for mobile phones, and even though the latest phones can run it, support will be patchy at best. In short, please use a computer or laptop to see the live races for now. Until the app is released, please do not expect a live race to run in a phone/tablet browser. Also, do not expect support if you can't get a live race to run in a phone/tablet browser. The browser game is designed for desktop computers.

Desktop Computers & Laptops
This will resolve most issues if the viewer cannot load:
1) Go to your Settings page: https://igpmanager.com/app/p=settings.
2) Adjust your 'Race Graphics Quality' setting to 'Very Low'
3) Press 'Save'
4) Try loading a new race viewer
5) If it still doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache and loading it again to be sure the settings are applied

Once you have a race viewer loading you can try increasing the setting if you want better visuals. If you are still having trouble, then there are some additional tips and more advanced settings you can try in the browser. See James Greer's WebGL thread for more information.

Can you please allow a little more time between Qualifying an start of race for us to resolve any issues? 5 mins cuts it awfully fine by the time you try to get the race viewer to load, realize its not working, then try to resolve the problem. 10 mins would be better.

What kind of problems are you experiencing? Is it something that is consistent?

No, for the first time I got an error message saying I needed to upgrade to webGL compatible browser such as Firefox. The problem is, I was already using Firefox. Its only happened this once last Sat for World Racing Championship league MOnaco race. I was using my computer away from home. Maybe that had something to do with it. Dunno.

The thing is, it takes about a minute or so for the race viewer to try to load before you find out there's a problem. So once you've tried to reload once or twice, you don't have much time left before the start of the race to start to fiddle with things or try new browsers or new computers or whatever. I presume I can adjust the settings before the race but I won't know if it has worked until I try to load the race viewer. So, a little more time to sort things out would be great.

I had been playing this game a couple of years ago and now am trying to start playing again. I'm not managing to load the race viewer, both from Chrome and Firefox, even after trying all the tips given. I'm still having the same problem for the webGL. I have an updated version of Firefox. Could it be due to a PC not so new (therefore due to its hardware)? Thanks

Depends, can you list your specs? OS, Cpu, gfx card, RAM?

@ Jack Brabham Here are two other browsers to try.
Chrome https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/beta.html
Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer

You can spectate any race at any time to mess around with settings no need to increase waiting time.
The closer you do the car setup to the race the better I think. And currently it locks 10minutes before the race.
If the time is extended the weather and best setup could have changed greatly in 15minutes.

Yep, of course I tried both. My default browser is Firefox anyway. Race is locked 10 mins before the race but race viewer can't be uploaded until 5 mins before the race. At least that's how it works for me. Spectating is OK but I'd rather manage my tyres and strategy on the fly. I'm in a very competitive league…..

if you go to league section, it has live wrote on race, well before the go to race comes up. you can use it to connect earlier.

Of course, if you want to test a viewer you can click Spectate throughout the day on the home page too.

Hi Ananda, what are the specs of your PC? Also, are you using the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox? Those are the best supported browsers.

To embed an image, you type , then paste the link in between the two.

Your links don't work, unfortunately. Try uploading to imgur or using a screenshot service like Puush.
