Today we are experiencing a huge surge in demand which temporarily overwhelmed the service. Within 30 minutes we had upgraded everything necessary and resolved this.

We apologise sincerely if your race was interrupted or even missed because of this. The growth rate we are seeing is uncprecedented. We are humbled by your support, and so was the service for a few minutes tonight! We apprecaite your understanding as we iron out the issues in the public beta stage of the apps.

If your race had trouble tonight please post here and I will help resolve them for you.

BRL didn't run tonight unfortunately. Can you reset if for tomorrow night? Thanks.

Hi Jack, good news on the influx of demand for the game. Our league - Anti-Nowhere League, was scheduled to run its next race on Thursday. It ran today instead. Can you look into that, there is another post related to it, https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/7088 with more of the details on why it may have run today.

Thanks for the reply but my issue is not that the race does not run it does, its that the viewer either does not load, if it does it takes 6 minutes to load then will disconnect during race and then takes another 6 minutes to load again in a 45 minute race you miss a 3rd of it. Just to help you with what is on my screen it tells me that the connection is offline then goes to poor. I am in Australia and have the best internet connection you can get here. Also I have been with you a long time and as said before never had such issues before the upgrades. Do enjoy this game so please help to make it enjoyable again

Hi Guy, that's what happened to most people actually. It manifested in the form of connection issues last night.

I have noticed 3-4 people from Australia saying they have had more persistent problems though. Could you let me know if it happens again tonight, or if it doesn't, and we'll launch a broader investigation into the region if it's still going on.

As I said above though, we're experiencing such rapid growth (across all platforms in a day) that it is a challenge keeping up with the demand. We're doing our best but it's possible that it was related to that.

You can spectate races at any time throughout the day, so that might be an idea rather than waiting until your race to find out.

Hi Jack just did what you said hope you are ready for this info;
Time 11.00 am aust 1am your time
Downloading 0.0/1 screen 4 minutes 30 seconds
Downloading Data screen to get to final number 6 minutes 30 sec
Loading Track 0 to 100% 36 Sec
Race viewer load with cars and a white screen total blank white screen
I left it till this time as demand would not be high.

Hi Jack what I have worked out is if I load a spectate race before my race which takes a while then once that race is loaded I leave it wait for my race and then my race only has to load from the loading track part and bypasses the downloading data which is the longest part not perfect but works.

was does poor connection actually mean? my connection has always said poor since that has been shown, is it broadband speed, computer speed, wireless signal, graphics card quality, or something to do with game, just curious as to why it is the way it is, i don't actually have any problems just curious....
