I can not see the races and update the livery on the pc

Hi, I have a problem. From September I can no longer see the races on the PC for a problem with webGL. do you know how I can solve ?? I have already done all the updates to the board and to chroome, I tried to install firefox, but nothing is not to make it work. Also there are problems to get spare parts. it is becoming heavy to enter ten times a day to see if it works and has the parts. Just enter with a vpn to solve all these problems ???
