edit February 3, 2018: This thread is closed as it was only to assist players who may be on 32-bit operating systems.
iGP Manager does not support 32-bit system anymore. Read more here: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/11065

Hello to all.

The latest iteration of the race viewer is clearly causing loading problems for users. This thread is for issues with loading the race viewer on web browsers only, not the app. If you are having issues loading the race viewer in the app, post here. All other race viewer issues, for the time being, should have a new thread created for them.

I am requesting everybody who uses the race viewer in a web browser, including those who have already posted about it, to answer the following questions below:

1. What is the issue you are experiencing? If an error message is displayed, what does it say?

2. What browser are you having the problem in?

3. Is the browser 32-bit or 64-bit? To check this in Chrome or Firefox, follow the below steps.

Chrome
a. At the top right of the screen, you can access the Chrome menu where there are three dots in a vertical formation.

b. Click on Help, then click About Google Chrome from the menu that appears.
c. A new tab will open displaying the version number:

d. After the version number, it may display some more information. If you see 64-bit, then your Chrome browser is 64-bit. If it displays nothing after the version number, then the browser is 32-bit.

Firefox
a. At the top right of the screen, you can access the Firefox menu where there are three lines stacked in a horizontal formation.

b. Click on the question mark symbol at the bottom of the menu, then click About Firefox from the menu that appears.
c. A new window will open displaying the version number:

d. After the version number, it may display some more information. If you see 64-bit, then your Firefox browser is 64-bit. If it displays nothing after the version number or 32-bit, then the browser is 32-bit.

4. What operating system is your computer running on?
There are multiple ways to check, but if you don't know how, click start, then type System Information and press Enter. Look for the Operating System name, highlighted in blue below.

5. Is your operating system 32-bit or 64-bit?
There are multiple ways to check, but if you need to know how, click start, then type System Information and press Enter. Look for System Type, highlighted in blue below. If you see "x64" your system is 64-bit. if you see "x86" your system is 32-bit.

6. How much RAM does your PC have?
There are multiple ways to check, but if you don't know how, click start, then type System Information and press Enter. Look for Installed Physical Memory (RAM), highlighted in blue below.

7. If your system is 32-bit, open any race from the spectate window, or a race that you are live managing. If it gives you an error, copy the URL of the race from the address bar, open a new tab in your browser, and type the number 32 after the word "live" in the URL. Press enter. Does the race viewer load?

If you're unable to answer some of these questions, or the methods described above did not work for you, please answer as many questions as possible and let me know in your post what did not work for you.

1. What is the issue you are experiencing? If an error message is displayed, what does it say?

The error occurs during or just after downloading an says: "An error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser javascript console for more info. The error was: Uncaught RangeError: Array buffer allocation failed."

2. What browser are you having the problem in?

My browser is chrome on a chromebook.

3. Is the browser 32-bit or 64-bit? To check this in Chrome or Firefox, follow the below steps.

32-bit

I cleared out cache, i resset my chromebook under settings-->resset. nothing works.
I experience these issues during a weak, maybe two. At first i could view the race after starting it 3 or 4 times. But now it wont start.

If you were having issues watching races on your Chromebook from the very first time then this may be because the Chromebook does not have hardware that can perform well enough to play iGP Manager on it (as well as other games that require the same performance from hardware).

1/2/3:
Chrome Ver 61.0.3163.100 32bit / Opera Ver 48.0.2685.39 32bit:
- An error occured running the Unity content on this page. See your browser JavaScript console for more info. The error was: Uncaught RangeError: Array buffer allocation failed

Firefox Ver 56.0 32bit:
- The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

4/5/6:
Windows 7 Pro 32bit, 2gb RAM

I had the same problem after update 24 days ago (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/9041 Page 1) and was solved, but after new update the problem is back :)

Hi all, if you are on a 32-bit system or 32-bit browser, try this:

In the URL of the race you are watching, you will see this:

https://igpmanager.com/race/live.php?id=6378759

After the word 'live', put '32', so it looks like this:

https://igpmanager.com/race/live32.php?id=6378759

Then try again and let me know what it does.

Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

where and how can I adjust this?

You can't adjust it since you're not the developer of the content. Please answer all the questions in the original post so I can help you.

I keep seeing a small visual issue in the race viewer with the gap at sector time-lines/marks using 64-bit firefox happens during my own race and not spectate mode.

Cross the start/finish line gap to car in front 0.5.
Sector one line/mark gap is reading 3.5 but I'm still right on his tail.
Sector two line/mark gap is still reading large gap but I'm still right behind him.
Back to the start/finish line for sector 3 and it's back to the small gap 0.3.
Sector one again it increases reading 3.3 so on and so on every lap.
I still get DRS even thought the gap is reading incorrect.
I have tried different viewer qualities & disconnecting and reconnecting but it still does the same.

If it matters or helps in anyway, to track down a server that is in use or maybe causing the issue.

I still can not follow the race on the PC

First: The error was: Uncaught RangeError: Array buffer allocation failed.

And then: Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

Chrome Version 62.0.3202.89 (Offizieller Build) (32-Bit) / 32 Bit System / 4 GB Ram / Win 10

Hi Rick, when you open the race, copy the URL and open it in a new tab.

In the URL of the race you are watching, you will see the usual URL:

https://igpmanager.com/race/live.php?id=6378759

After the word 'live', put '32', so it looks like this:

https://igpmanager.com/race/live32.php?id=6378759

Then try again and let me know what it does.
