Race Viewer Issues for PC

Hi Gianfranco, please try changing the race viewer quality to the lowest setting in your account settings menu. Let me know if that helps!

no , that does not help , also clearing cache did not help . kinda desperate here .

Also tried on all settings from lowest to highest but it did not work.

on mozilla & edge : black screen instead of raceviewer
on samsung phone and opera : blocks at 75 % loading.
please help !

Me and a couple of my friends can't get the PC browser versions to run.
Black screen or stop at 75% load, depends what browser you use.

Same 75% problem with me, tried several browsers and reinstalled the common ones. Opera and Chrome load until 75% an then just stop loading. All other browsers don`t even start loading...

64 bit System (Win 7)

I can't go to the race, now are last two days. The download for the race stops at 75% and doesn't go over. I use a lap top with windows 10 and I used two browser Google chrome and windows edge. My lap top is an asus n73s. I need an help ! Thanks

The problems seem to be mainly due to the game software. Is there no other way to play the game so everyone can play and watch without any problems? :O

There has been no announcements of any viewer updates or changes made to the viewer. The problem just comes and goes on it's own as if the computer had fragmented files and the auto defrag ran and cleared it up. lol

We think the loading issue was caused by a security measure getting in the way and we were able to resolve it without rolling back our security change.

Sale problem here:
when using igpmanager on Microsoft Edge, after the track has been loaded, when clicking on the strategy tab or any individual setting for the driver the game stops working and restarts. No way to play.
Worked fine for months... all of a sudden this issue.
Not a problem due to the connection or pc (powerfull and optimised).
I think to leave the game (i can't play everyday from mobile...sad because i did seasons and seasons untill now)

Hi Alessandro, have you tried playing on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
