Race Viewer Issues for PC

Hi, please write in English outside of the foreign language forum, I did not understand your post.

1. When watching live screen can become freezed during the whole race. What I mean by that is that freezed screen can unfreeze after 1-2min for a few seconds just to become freezed again. I'm in the mid of the season and problem have already occured 3-4 times.
2. Firefox, Google Chrome.
3. Both are up-to-date 64-bit versions.
4. Windows 8.1
5. x64
6. 16GB

I couldn't see the "Go To Race" button.
The race was supposed to start at 8:20 IST, its already 8:48 but nothing seems happening.
The App doesnt work too.

Hi Adam, have you tried seeing if the issue persists in a different browser?

I suspect Edge does not have the same comprehensive support for WebGL as other browsers do.

Flash player is not used to play iGP Manager.

Without reading the entire thread i didn't see anything related to my issue which is that yesterday the race loaded but with no cars but numbers. The previous day it loaded with cars as per usual but no track. Also because i'm here.. my drivers are switching places in practice. I did 2 x's medium runs with both, then back to the first with softs and then tried a super soft run with my #1 driver (which was in the previous 3 season my #2 driver) and the 'Try setup' button was faded meaning all the runs were done. I refreshed and my #2 driver had done those runs instead. Not to mention, having to refresh constantly. Chrome 64-bit, Win10.

Hi Chris, when you are performing your practice laps, what time of day are you doing them (based on your timezone and please provide your timezone information)?

I'm in New Zealand. I would be doing practice laps anywhere from after the 9am NZT race until 2pm or from 11:30pm to 3am. Today my drivers are back where they should be and the race track and cars loaded as they should with no issues. Only had to refresh once during practice. Could be an ISP issue my end.

Oh and could you ask Jack if he used to race Formula 1 on xbox 360. Cheers.

Can you please let me know if it's possibile to watch / manage races on Vista 32bit with Firefoks 52.5.2. I'm getting " The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.". Laptop have 4GB of RAM... I tried live32 and it didn't work. Thanks

Hi, I don't think so. It's been hit or miss with 32 bit Windows operating systems and I don't know if anybody else has ever had the problem for a few months now.

We can't watch live race....not in app, and not in web..
