viewer not loading: webgl memory allocation error

New viewer not loading in opera.

"The browser could not allocate enough memory for the webgl content etc "

Loaded in firefox but issue when driver de-selected via esc, track doesn't re-centre itself ie deselected driver in Monaco and half the track remained off-screen.

I have the same problem on chrome however i just get a black screen

Have you tried deleting your cache?

I wonder if it has anything to do with a PCs specs.

What CPU/RAM/GPU (if there is one) are yall using?

The web's race viewer was updated today I think...

I also get just a black screen on whatever browser I seem to use. I've tried clearing the cache and all the other usual tricks I can think of but still no joy.

I am also having this issue in Chrome after the update. I have tried to clear cache as well with no luck. I believe there is a bug on the Windows version. Verified it was latest Windows Chrome as well.

I am still able to run it on a MAC Chrome version.

Can you all try again now to see if the issue persists?

don't work anything for me, chrome...opera...firefox...i cleared cache and cookie...help? :)

Hi all, I have made a patch and released it in the last 30 minutes. Can people who had issues last night with memory please try and spectate a race or two to see if it fully loads now.

Firefox - The browser could not allocate enough memory for the WebGL content. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating less memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings.

Okay have you tried clearing cache and hard reloading it? Could you let me know the specs of your machine?
Have you got a screen shot of the current state of the window when that message comes up?

What kind of specs has your machine got? Also java is no loner needed for the viewer or editor.
Also any screen shots of any error messages would be good.

If screenshotting is not possible please at least try to copy and paste the text of the error message!

Have you tried restarting your computer and then trying again?
