To change drivers hair style/skin tone/gender/facial hair/etc

I'll second Patrick's suggestion as it is a pretty good one. Of course, it would mean we would have to spend tokens similar to when we are changing a drivers nationality or name.

would be cool to do that along side editing their names

I would instead like to have the sponsors of the riders. should be attached to the suit. besides those for the car, each driver based on the results will have certain sponsors.
