Note 1: There is a small risk that in clearing cache or app data that device-linked accounts may be logged out. If this happens to you, just email [firstname.lastname@example.org]email@example.com[/email] and we will be able to get you access to your account again.
Note 2: You do not need to clear cache if your app is currently functioning as intended. This is only for users who cannot open dialogs (e.g. strategy) currently.
- Go to the Settings Menu
- Click on Apps
- Find the All tab (if your system doesn't show all apps by default)
- Choose 'iGP Manager'
- Click the button Clear Cache. If you're running Android 6.0 Marshmallow or newer on your device then you'll need to click on Storage and then Clear Cache.
Contrary to Android, I believe the only method on iOS is to uninstall and install the app again.
In most browsers you can follow these steps:
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
- Select only 'Cache' or 'Cached images and files' from the list of options
- Set the time range to 'Everything' (Firefox) or 'All time' (Chrome)
Obviously, we don't expect people to have to do this to access the app and we will look at why this has become such an issue with this update and how we can prevent this in future.
