Can't connect to the race

Please try re-launching the application or viewer window entirely. We identified an issue whereby there was a conflict with old and new servers running in parallel and just had to move a bunch of races to other servers. It may be that your races were moved, and therefore your race viewer is attempting to connect to the wrong server, which is why it will not connect.

As Jamie has said "now running" would be exactly what we expect. The races started a little late due to this last minute unexpected server shift they had to do. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, we're working hard to address the reports of lag from the last few nights and are having to expedite launching server upgrades. In the process, there have been a couple of hiccups like this.

Once this new system is bedded in the whole service should run a lot better than it has done this week.

This really was a one-off due to the fact that we had to shift them to another server. The reason for that has been resolved and won't persist in to any other nights. That's all I can really add. The other good news is that this started because we're upgrading everything, and the lag problems from other nights this week are improving too. Despite the slight setback on a few races tonight (apologies) things are moving in a good direction overall.
