I think to add a little bit of new unpredictability in the game would be good to have random tyre wear every season for the circuit, in order to make new strategy every time and avoid managers copying the strategy of the previous season in the same circuit. What do you think?

If it weren't for Hards being so dominant in almost every situation, changes in temperature across the seasons should be enough to force managers to use different strategies.

I like this idea, also a change in the current tyres, but even without that, I like it. I would also add some variability in the tracks every season (different in every league), in the sense of "the track is not always the same every race" alterating not only the tyre wear, also the road bumpiness (tracks get older, then in few seasons reasphalt + fixing bumps), all of this with some variability, if not after few seasons, people will know the strategy in every situation anyway.
