Why can't I watch the race live my phone is not compatible so cant boost or change strategy in race any help apart from get a new phone

You can if you download the app can't access via web browser on phone

Try downloading through Google play just says phone not compatible doing my head qualifying in top 3 but highest finish 9th cause cant watch live much to my missus s delight lol

Are you perhaps using an old Android phone with a lower version than Android 4.4? In that case it is indeed not supported: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/8850

If you're using a mobile web browser on your phone, you'll need to download the application from the Play Store or the App Store.


If your device is no longer supported by the application, you can try playing from any laptop or desktop computer, which will allow you to watch the race.

I don't know if that would work for you but you also could try to install a different browser than the stock one from the App store. For me the (full, not mini) Opera browser App works best for the live viewer but Firefox might be worth a try as well.
