Wet strategy

I have a question. For exemple in wet race with an heavy rain i set my car for race with intermed tires. But in the advance setting i set wet tire if rain over 3mm. If the rain is over 3mm which tires the sistem use for my car? Interm or wet?
And in the same situazion if i set for the race H tires change something? The advance strategy works at the same mode if i set car with intermed or H tire first the race..?

But my drivers don't use the wet.. i select wet after 3mm and with 3.2 use intermed tires.. it's an issue..
