Good evening, since the update (on Android) for my part, during the race I always find myself with a driver in black screen so impossible to manage. Then to put race my game is cut. The time to restart the game and return to the live, the game used 75% of my boost unnecessarily. I am not the only one to have trouble. Make something as soon as possible

A new Android update has been released this evening (about 1.5 hours ago) to fix this problem. Please update your app and report back if you still have the problem after that.

Sorry for the bombarding of questions... Are you able to spectate a race? Or is it only when you are managing a race?
We have heard of one issue yesterday where a manager could not select their first driver without having a black screen, but they could select the second driver. Maybe it's related to this.

Yes, my livery editor works, however, I have numbers that appear in place of some sponsor I think. regarding my mobile i have a samsung galaxy note3 N-9005 and my Android version is in 5.0
Hi jack, no problem is to help and try to understand the source of the problem. so to answer your question, yes I can watch some race, I can attend the live of my races and manage my 2 drivers but often I have a driver with black screen, I can manage it anyway but it's complicated in not seeing anything it is necessary to use his pilot 1 to see the race of his pilot 2.

No, and the same error hapness when i open the car editor, but o re-install hrs app now and i am able to see the editor, lets check out the race.
My phone are Samsung J7, and yes, yesterday i are able to see spectate races, but my races are All Black screen

Android 4.4+ is supported.

I assume you play on pc? The devs have reverted the browser race viewer to the previous version until the out-of-memory errors with the new viewer are solved. The thin cars are a consequence of this. So will be back to normal when the new viewer comes back.

OK Johan, I will report to the devs that you still have problems. Summarizing, to be sure I understand correctly the current situation: you have a Samsung galaxy note3 N-9005 with android 5.0. You did install the latest 3.1 version of the app. You can spectate other races correctly, you are able to use the livery editor but see numbers instead of sponsors. You can connect to your own race, but regularly have a black screen when trying to manage your drivers. And that is obviously the important problem.
If they would ask, would you be willing to install a beta version to see if it fixes the problem on your device?

Hello, just to inform you that my phone has updated my android software today as every month. I'm still in 5.0 but I did not have a black screen bug that I'm on my race of 18h or 21h30 that has just taken place. I'll let you know in a few days to keep you informed.

Can you check the livery editor, is the "numbers instead of sponsors" also fixed by the android update?
