I believe you got the point from the title!!! :)
...and this way the mental skills of the drivers would become more valuable and watching matches will be more exciting!!!!
What do you think????

Am I the only one who thinks that car accidents and safety car should be added in the races???? In my opinion this is the biggest minus of the game!!!!!!

Tell me how does going around the track slowly behind a safety car for 4 or 5 laps make things more exciting.

Pitting under a safety car would be pointless unless refuelling is removed from the game. Coming out behind other cars at the back of the pack on heavy fuel would just see you all slip further back when the safety car gets called back in. Heavy fuel load has more impact on times than low fuel with very worn tyres.

This kind of thing would be nothing more than random events and has been suggested and rejected many times. Even people saying crashes and safety car would be dependant on car reliability and engine cooling which would just end up hampering lower level managers whose cooling and reliability is shocking.

I am not putting the effort in just for my car to be chosen as the random crash test for that race. And before anyone says anything about the realistic nature - nothing is random in motorspot - the team know well before something blows up in their car long* before it happens.

* long before in motorsport is 30 seconds notice.

Andy hi, you didn't have to write me all that stuff since the subject has already been discussed by others before!!!!! ...It's obvious that we disagree!!!!! I'll say only this: car accidents and safety car is part of GP and as a GP lover I want to see them... and I find them interesting!!!! Thanks for your opinion bro!!!! :)

No... But fortunately the suggestion has been rejected by the developers so many times it isn't something that is likely to appear in the foreseeable future.

Hi Kevin, I hope the delevelopers reconsider this suggestion and exploit it's benefits... since as you just said many gp gamers want this addition!!!!!!!

Hi John.

I can't tell whether or not you have multiple accounts, but if this is your primary account it looks as though you have been playing iGP for less than a fortnight. If you stick with it for many months, level up and get into a competitive league as an Elite manager, I guarantee you will have a re-think about random events and they won't seem such a good idea.

The majority of long-term managers do not want random events. We get to race once per day at most and a season is a minimum of nearly three weeks. I for one would quit the game if it were the last race of the season, and having put in three weeks of effort I lost a championship because the game rolled a dice and decided it was my turn for one of my drivers to crash.

The subject has been debated at length for years (including the old game which was before August 2016) and there has never been any indication from the developers that they might consider introducing random events. So, don't hold you breath :-)

Kevin,

As you said i am new in the game and I am learning but I will never quit playing if I loose a championship for any reason...I will just give my best next year!!!!! ...because I don't play only for victory but for the beauty of this game!!!!

Let's not continue this conversation pls... as you said last word belongs to developers!!!! It was really nice talking with you bro...i would really like to hear your opinion about my proposal for bonus for achievements that I just posted!!!!:)

* and one last thing.... I never said that car accidents should be clearly random events, as I mentioned in my 1st message car accidents should be a result of some paragons like drivers mental skills, race/tyre/engine condition, drivers aggressive orders, cars nearby ...etc!!!!!

And just to make myself more clear when I say car accidents ...I mean all kind of car malfunctions and car crashes and that doesn't mean that the cars must retire the race in all times...for example if 2cars crash, depending the previous parameters I mentioned...the 1 car may retire and the other car may receive penalty in tyre condition or in engine condition...the managers will have to take some important decisions in live race and of course the 3rd car may get a chance for an unpredicted victory or get it's place to the pontium!!!! ... In my opinion spectating the race would become more important until the finish line!!!!

Happy New Year to all IGP managers!!!! :)
