O que você estava tentando fazer?
Após acordo com os gerentes mais ativos, optamos por mudar o horário de corrida de nossa liga, porém com ela já em andamento. Porém, hoje (02/02/2019) ficou marcado para o mesmo horário 3 corridas, duas o jogo conseguiu executar, mas uma empacou e não possibilita os gerentes mexerem em nenhuma configuração.
O que ocorreu de fato?
Após mudar horário das corridas, o cronograma da liga ficou todo desarrumado, marcando para a mesma data 3 corridas no mesmo horário. 2 corridas foram executadas (mesmo não tendo sido possível configurar para uma delas), mas a 3ª corrida está travada. Como resolver?

A possibility to speed up the availability of the races could be posting a request in the Race re-run requests thread

Keep in mind though that races can only be run in the scheduled order and any race after the repeated race will have to be repeated as well. So if you request to repeat Japan (id=21632260) then Brazil (id=21632263) will be deleted as well and runs the next day according to your schedule, but given your post that should be exactly how you want it to be.
