CEO & CTOWe are investigating an ongoing issue that has caused races to start late.
UPDATE 14:09 GMT - We have identified the fault, and it is not coming from our end. It is a fault in a datacenter which our service runs through. Their engineers are working on the problem, and it has happened twice today so far. We have no control over this and are reliant on them to resolve it.
The fault has happened twice today, as their service logs show, once at 09:20 to 09:33 this morning and again just now at 13:52 to 14:04 GMT.
UPDATE 14:05 GMT - The service is resumed as normal now, unfortunately some races restarted from earlier in the day and some will have started late that were scheduled to begin at 14:00 GMT. If you would like your race re-run, please post in the race re-run thread.
