Hello!

Sorry, if I ask wrong, but I don't know, how I can still upgraded team.

I'm on Level 18, CD, TD and two of three drivers are level 18 too, third driver is on level 19.
CD have Strength ACC and weakness Fuel Economy (and have 4,5 stars), TD have 4,5 stars too.
Engines Murk, Tyres Goodweek and fuel Beep.
HQ - Staff hospitality, Simulator and Technology are on max, Design and Manufacturing are on 4,5 stars, Youth academy on 4 stars.

Review - I spy the BIG 4 areas, and I give earned design points to other 4 areas.

And my question is: Where is (or where can be) a mistake? I think.. theoretically I have team for finishing on points on most races, but I'm so happy, if I have one car in Top 20 in finish...

Spending your design points on the other 4 areas isn't the best move, except for Fuel Economy now and then if deemed favourable. Design HQ should be maxed to get the most design points. It might be a good idea to let Manufacturing follow, this doesn't do anything for performance but upgrading design raises the part costs, also it can't hurt to check within the Technology building if all the upgrades for Boost and DRS are bought, I do occasionally forget that after upgrading the building. Then your opponents might use several CDs (you might want to read this post to get some idea, also the guides from Joey pinned above in this forums section are still a good read, though some finer details might be slightly outdated).

The final big question is: Do you manage your races live?

Yes, I'm on each race (better is saying I try, rarely I can't be on race live due work) online and I set strategies (pitting, tyres and control tyre temperatures) live in races.   

I think earlier, my problem was on HQ (some parts of HQ was on 2-3 levels lower then my game level)

OK, spying Big 4 areas and design points spend on Big 4 too...

Do u spy on the 4 big at the same time?
Would be wise to spy one at the time. Of course the one with biggest gap to best team.

I recommend researching one at a time, whatever is furthest away from the best team in development(big 4). When the car is near maxed out in the big 4 i recommend using design points only and max out the fuel and tyre economy by spying on one at a time. Do reliability and cooling if everything else is maxed.
