The level of a pilot

Interested in such moment. What criteria must be met for a pilot to get level 20? And then the pilot all parameters 20,including the experience,but level 19 lasts for quite some time. At the same time, I watch the pilots of other players,they will not lose weight to a minimum of 51 kg,and the level is already 20. Why?

I can only go according to drivers I have. The only level 20 driver I have has 20 in all attributes, including experience. Even my driver with 20 in everything but experience is only level 19. Won't be surprised if this is different for others, though.

For drivers not at minimum weight but are at level 20, I'm not sure how that works because I always train physical first.

From my observation, as long as drivers have same talent (usually 20 talent) and all trainable stats at 20, they'll have pretty similar pace. Experience, like the other Mental stats, can affect things like how often drivers make mistakes, but it's not like an experience 4 driver will be behind in performance otherwise.

If you really wish to know the somewhat facts I suggest you read what Jack, the game developer has to say about it. I warning you though, don't expect to find all the answers to your questions.

I'm interested now is the level of pilots. and still satisfactory answer is not received! it seems that the developers have created a game in which they do not understand what is happening! don't know many of the answers to the questions. respond only vague answers and assumptions.

Hi Boris. Boomer and I have given you an answer based on our experience of playing the game for many years. Overall driver level appears to be irrelevant providing all of the attributes are maxed out.
There is also evidence that driver weight (unlike fuel weight) currently has no effect on speed and in terms of overall race pace I see little difference between experience level 3 and level 20. That doesn't stop me training my drivers down to minimum weight in case the devs decide to change the underlying code to make driver weight important.
So what are your expectations of a "satisfactory answer"?

Regarding getting drivers down to minimum weight... Drivers lose weight when training physical. If you have maxed out ALL trainable attributes (I.e. everything except Talent and Experience) before your driver hits minimum weight (51kg male / 46kg female) any further training has no effect so it becomes impossible to reduce driver weight any further. For this reason, if you want to get your driver to minimum weight it is advisable to train the "Physical" attributes first.

okay,I understand. just logically, if you watch,then when the pilot all of the parameters 20, the level must also be 20. but here apparently there is no logic. however, as there is no logic in the whole game! we are given a raw product that the developers themselves can not understand. and they don't want to do anything about it.
