I’m relatively new to the game (within my second full season).
Within my first season when draining my drivers health as low as it could go, I tried to renew health by using enough tokens that I had in my account, yet the level of health remained the same. I put this down to perhaps I was doing something wrong.
After collecting enough tokens from races within my second season I’ve then tried this again & exactly the same happened.
Is this a glitch with the game or possibly my App in general??
Can somebody please help?

Hi Nathan.
Here is another thread about spending tokens but the driver didn't recieved any heal. 
Do you use apple/iPad or was the train button greyed out while pressing the heal button?

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I can confirm I do use an IPhone, but regardless of device, if the games available through any device then it should play correctly, right?
I can also confirm I always wait until the button turns green before I action anything as I figured it’s grey when loading.
Any further support regarding this issue & a resolution would be appreciated please.

Can somebody please update me regarding this issue? The new season is about to start & I’ve had to purchase more tokens to replace those I’ve lost when trying to use the auto heal option

Hi Nathan, I've taken a look on your account history.

I don't see that any tokens have been spent on healing drivers. Is this the only account you use?

Thank you for responding.
I can confirm this is the only account I hold & I can also confirm the tokens were taken from this account - I have recently had to replenish tokens from my bank account to replace.
Again, could this possibly be part of a / the glitch?
Again, a response would be appreciated when you’re able.

Could you please look into my previously reported issue & respond at your earliest convenience please.
Just this evening I’ve had tokens taken from me unexpectedly, yet this time I was duped into buying a driver yet the app said I was buying the intended driver...
Needless to say I’m really frustrated with the game / admin staff at the moment...
Please help.

I’ve been waiting for the auto heal one to get resolved for some time now. I hope both can be actioned swiftly as I’m looking for new drivers, but now don’t have the tokens to ‘buy now’.

Hi Nathan, apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

As mentioned previously, the token use activity for your account history displays no tokens have ever been spent for healing drivers.

Please try to re-install the app, and if on Android, to delete the app's data and cache in your device's app settings menu. It's possible your tokens balance is not updating correctly on your device, which may be why your drivers are not healing when you believe they should be.

I'd like to include why I believe this is the case. In your original post here, it was mentioned your drivers were trained as low as their health could go, then an attempt to heal them was made. At least 18 tokens would be needed to heal your drivers. Before your purchase of the Investment Pack, the only days in the past 30 days I see your account had more than 18 tokens was on:

16 July (19 tokens)
17 July (22 tokens)

By 18 July your token balance was zero after using them to complete building upgrades and the balance did not recover past 18 tokens until the purchase of the Investment Pack.

I believe this is related to the same cause of the problem I mention above. Following the steps I recommend above should fix this issue, as there have been no tokens used by you since the purchase of your Investment Pack.

Thanks for the reply.
I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app on my IOS (not android) & my token balance still shows as 7 as it did before reinstalling, so hasn’t fixed the problem.
I had ample tokens shown on my account at the time to auto heal twice.
I had 25 tokens in my account last night before I used the ‘buy now’ feature to employ what shown in the app as the correct driver, however I’ve ended up with a driver that I didn’t want at the time...I’ve then had to spend a further 9 tokens to ‘buy now’ the intended driver.
This results in me being at least 25 tokens out of pocket (2x 9 for auto heal issue & 9 for ‘buy now’ the incorrect driver I was duped into buying).
Your comments please.

Well, re-installing wouldn't result in any change in the token count — rather, it will help to try and rid of the problem if it still lingers, even if the current amount of tokens you have now are the accurate amount (which was 7 at the time of my response).

I have returned 9 tokens from the incorrect driver you received. I also sent 6 extra tokens to make up for the wait time between responses. Although no tokens were spent healing drivers, I've credited 18 tokens back to your account. In the future, be sure to re-install the app if there are any problems with tokens spent healing drivers. You can also visit your account's settings in the app and tap on the 'clear cache' button.
