I posted a thread re a bug I’ve experienced recently, how long does it usually take for it to be looked into?
I’m so close to levelling up & need the XP that I’m owed to level up after tonight’s race or I’ll fail to do so.
If someone could look into this ASAP please.
I’ve added a couple of new posts asking for an update to the actually bug thread, but had no response, hence me resorting to the help feed, apologies for that

I get 160 XP per race & I’m 93 from the next level, so I’d of reached my next & been able to enhance my drivers quicker if I’d of been credited the XP I’m owed.
I appreciate your involvement with this
