As you asked Belgium will be redone.

Please, can you explain to everyone in your League that if they want to not have advanced strategy kicking in the first stint, they have to change its water level to the biggest value (5mm).

Although my recomendation here is to never set wet compounds in the main strategy. You set wet tyres in advanced strategy and then during the race you choose what tyre is better for the live conditions.
