Murray Walker

If you are old like me, you might remember Murray Walker commentating on Formula 1 and a great many other forms of motor sport for the BBC. His style was once described as "talking with his trousers on fire" and he was prone to the odd mistake......sometimes called Murrayisms.

Do you have a favourite Murrayism?

Mine would be "I have stopped the startwatch"

"Do my eyes deceive me, or is Senna's Lotus sounding rough ?"

"How did you get that nasty bumb on your head Nigel?" Pokes Nigel Mansell on his forhead with his finger, right on the bump that he just recieved.
